Shipping Policy

We work with a trusted third-party fulfillment partner to process and ship orders throughout the United States and Canada. Their systems automatically select the best available carrier, verify shipping addresses, calculate shipping rates, and provide tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to modify the order details or shipping address. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to variables outside of our control. We are unable to guarantee delivery or replace orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided at checkout.

United States Shipping

Orders are typically shipped via USPS or another carrier selected by our fulfillment partner based on the fastest and most reliable service available.

Canada Shipping

Brynje USA covers the shipping cost on qualifying orders. Duties, taxes, and applicable import fees are calculated and collected at checkout, so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. After a package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines and any transit-related issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. If you need additional assistance, our team is happy to help where possible.
